Event Description: Our mission is to inspire the lives of our members, team, and community to promote healthy lifestyles. We believe in providing a comfortable and successful atmosphere for our members. We also believe in finding balance in what you do and what you eat. Summer is the time of year when families plan to BBQ, head to the lake, and plan to get their health and fitness routines going, which may have slipped during the winter months. The most common reason why adults don’t exercise more regularly is that they “just don’t know how to get started,” according to a study conducted by Anytime Fitness, the world’s fastest-growing fitness club chain. That’s why the Anytime Fitness club located off of Cantrell in Little Rock is offering a special one-day party and deal for the community. Anyone who joins the club for $5 on May 23rd , 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., will also receive a FREE fitness consultation, a FREE personal training session and a FREE 30-day fitness plan. We will have healthy steak tacos catered by Healthy Chew, a meal prep service, as well as healthy snack options and information about nutrition!

We're located on the corner of Cantrell and Mississippi in the same shopping center as Edward's Food Giant.
