Job Description:
Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car Process customer phone and personal relations Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs and/or questions Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment Mark-In incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy Follow Company’s protocol for new customer sign-up Attend Company offered ongoing training and education General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
Experience Required:

Job Description:
Under the direction of Director of Public Safety, the Assistant Director of Public Safety will ensure day-to-day compliance with requirements of the service contract. This individual will also select, train, supervise, and otherwise direct and develop all security employees assigned to the service contract. Responsibilities include: • Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible. • Assure that overtime and un-billable hours are minimized. • Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts. • Assist the Director with the selection of applicants for security positions. • Conduct initial orientation and monitor on the job and in-service training of newly assigned security personnel. • Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations. • Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations. • Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location. • Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel. • Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location. • Schedule and conduct formal and informal employee performance reviews. Prepare and facilitate reviews and approvals for all employee wage/grade changes, promotions, or other changes in job status. • Schedule standard hours of coverage at least two weeks in advance and ensure that both the working and master schedule is prominently posted for security personnel's review. Schedule and supervise special assignments and details at locations as required. Prepare all work schedules and weekly payroll time sheets. • Conduct periodic checks and inspections of assigned security personnel on all shifts to ensure they are properly performing such duties. • Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel to the Public Safety Director. • Assure that the site security operations procedures and post orders manual is maintained and regularly reviewed and updated. • Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents. • Assume other duties as required by either Client
Experience Required:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Experience in a security retail setting preferred. • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a security staff of at least 15 employees. • Computer Literacy, minimum 2 years’ experience working with integrated security systems, and advanced skill level with Microsoft Office • Proven Leadership and Problem solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication • Excellent Organizational Skills and able to multi-task projects • Exceptional organizational and listening skills • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision. • High school or equivalent (Required)
