Angelé Doyne has spearheaded global initiatives that connect community-based organizations, and public & private agencies, to leverage resources that foster civic inclusion and economic sustainability. She is the founder of The Ampersand Group — a social enterprise that connects businesses, stakeholders, educational institutions & municipalities to create sustainable, collaborative, people-centered ecosystems. These networks promote equitable economic impact through strategic partnership, supplier diversity, and diverse business and workforce investment — Connecting People & Places. Angelé holds a B.A. in Sociology, African and African American studies from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville; she has studied abroad at the University of Ghana - Legon; and she holds a M.A. in Policy, Public Administration, and International Relations from Howard University. Angelé is committed to identifying and providing equitable solutions, inciting action, and expanding resources and opportunities that address socio-economic inequality.

Awards in the following categories will be presented:

Little Rock Regional Emerging Minority Business of the Year - Presented to a new minority-owned business (1-3 years) that is poised for future growth and has carved a niche for itself in the Little Rock Regional business community.

Little Rock Regional Minority Business of the Year - Presented to a minority-owned business that has exceeded industry standards and achieved phenomenal business success leading to significant growth, and job creation, while showing a commitment to social responsibility and strong community involvement in the Little Rock Region.

Little Rock Regional Minority Mentor of the Year - presented by Delta Dental, to a person or organization who has dedicated time and resources to mentor minority business professionals.

Little Rock Regional Minority Legacy Business of the Year- Presented to a minority-owned business that has been in business for 20 years or longer. It has demonstrated a consistent track record of business health and growth, community involvement, and the collaborative spirit of the Little Rock Regional business environment.
