The Garage Door Guy

Backed into the garage door, minimal damage but could not exit with my vehicles. Called Garage Door Guys-Two young men Dakota and Justin arrived and within 30 minutes had completed the job. Both were proffessional, efficient, pleasant to work with and the service call was very reasonable. I will definately use this company again if the need arrises.

Chase and Dakota we amazing!! After we couldn't open our garage door to leave for work, I contacted the company just before 6 AM and had an almost immediate response. There were multiple text updates before anyone arrived that kept me informed about who would arrive and when. Chase gave me a call to let me know they would be here 30 minutes before. The guys were here around 7:30, replaced two springs, the cables and bearings, and inspected the door for any other damage. The were cleaned up and gone by 9:00. VERY sweet and polite young men!! They explained everything, said "Yes, ma'am", and were even friendly to my dogs. They garage door is not only fixed and working beautifully, but also so much more quiet!! Thank you so much for your quick response, kind service and fair pricing!! I'll be spreading the word to anyone looking for garage installation or repair!!

I don't really know anything about their services, but the employees are rude and impatient. I've ran into their road rage around Benton Bryant area more then once riding my ass when I'm several miles over the speed limit already and flipping me off when I don't crawl up the cars ass in front of me so they can get past. I would recommend finding a company that cares about their community instead of their juvenile antics.

Fast, efficient. Awesome doors. No idea why these arent put in every house. I had my doors converted from chain drive to direct axle drive overhead doors to conserve overhead space. Worth every penny plus internet capability

Had a new Liftmaster mechanism installed for my garage door. Brandt did a great job! Took his time, even though it was his last call of the day. He paid great attention to detail and explained how this "Smart" system works in very clear language. He also programmed my truck remote, which was a relief. And, I even got a Pro Tip: Get away from the WD40. Pro-Sl is the way to go. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks guys!

The spring on my garage door broke trapping my car inside. I called Kris on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out and complete the repair within about an hour and a half. He was very professional. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.

One of the torsion springs on my garage snapped over the weekend and I procrastinated all weekend to find someone to come install new springs. Yesterday evening I stumbled up this company: I emailed to ask for a quote and Kris got back to me within 15 minutes... We spoke over the phone, and to my astonishment, sat an appointment for today.. In this area, I'm used to waiting weeks before someone can come fix whatever is broken. No hassle, fair price, and extremely fast. It took Kris less than 20 minutes to take off the old springs and to install the new ones. Thanks for coming to the rescue, Kris! You can count on this residence to use you for all future needs.
