President Bill Clinton Scheduled to Headline the 149th Annual Meeting

The Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its 149th Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2014, from 11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Statehouse Convention Center’s Wally Allen Ballroom. President Bill Clinton will address the Chamber’s Annual Meeting as the featured speaker, just two weeks after the Clinton Presidential Center celebrates its 10th anniversary on November 18.

The Chamber’s largest and most prestigious event of the year, the Annual Meeting celebrates the past year’s accomplishments and announces the coming year’s priorities. Throughout the lunch, the Chamber will recognize new members, look back on event highlights and ribbon cuttings, and thank Stock in The Rock investors.

President Clinton addressed the Chamber’s membership at the 139th Annual Meeting in 2004, where he spoke about the recent opening of the Clinton Presidential Center. Since then, the Clinton Presidential Center has welcomed more than 3 million visitors from all over the world, has become the first LEED-certified presidential center in the nation, and has attracted more than $2.5 billion in investment to the Little Rock community.
